1. Promotion Period: September 1 - September 30 2024
2. Eligibility: To be eligible for this promotion, customers must book and complete fitting between 1st of September 2024 and 30th of September 2024.
3. Promotion Details: Customers who purchase club(s) are able to trade in product and receive a 30% bonus on the trade in value.
4. Booking and Payment: Fitting sessions must be booked through the Club Champion Canada booking system online, over the phone or by email. The fitting fee must be paid in full.
5. Club Purchase: To qualify for the promotion, the customer must purchase at least one golf club during or immediately following the fitting session. The purchase must be made at Club Champion Canada. Trade of clubs will not be facilitated with out the purchase of new club(s). Base trade in must be determined at the time of the fitting.
6. Trade in Dollars – the trade in value plus the 30% will be refunded to customers card used for purchase of new clubs approximately 30 days after the delivery of the new club(s).
7. General Conditions: This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. Club Champion Canada reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes regarding the promotion, the decision of Club Champion Canada will be final.

Terms and Conditions
25% Trade-In Terms: Club Champion Canada has partnered with the PGA of Canada Trade-in Network is to off Club Champion Canada customers an exclusive trade in bonus of 25% on the value of your trade in clubs. To be eligible for the 25% bonus on the value of your trade in, you must purchase custom clubs from Club Champion Canada between July 21 – August 31, 2025. All trade-ins are paid via a refund to the customer's credit card after the traded clubs are inspected and approved by the trade in partner. Trade in will only be facilitated when the customer purchases new custom club(s) from Club Champion. No cash will be given in exchange for trade ins at Club Champion; no store credit will be given for future use. A custom club is considered a club built by Club Champion Canada. Clubs built by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) do not qualify for promotional fit fee. A Club Champion employee will estimate your clubs value via the PGA of Canada Trade-In Network website and guidelines. A 25% bonus on top of the value from PGA of Canada Trade-In Network will be provided by Club Champion. The trade in clubs must be surrender by September 30 2025 to be eligible for the bonus. The refund will not be provided until the clubs are submitted and value confirmed from the PGA of Canada Trade-In Network. This evaluation generally takes four (4) weeks from the time of club submission. If there are discrepancies in the club's value, the trade-in amount may be adjusted accordingly at the discretion of the PGA of Canada Trade-In Network. Club Champion reserves the right to remove or modify this promotion at any time. Appointments are limited.
Fittings Terms: Get a Club Champion full bag fitting for $100 with a custom equipment purchase OR any other fitting type for $50 with a custom equipment purchase when you book and complete your fitting by 8/31/25. Purchase of a custom club is required for promotional fit fee. A custom club is considered a club built by Club Champion Canada. Clubs built by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) do not qualify for promotional fit fee. Promo code provided must be used at time of booking. Equipment purchase must be made at the time of the fitting for discount to apply. Applicable at Club Champion Canada stores only. Exclusions apply; golf balls, grips, and OEM builds are not considered an equipment purchase. Waitlist appointments are not considered a booking and do not apply; the fitting must be booked and confirmed during the promotional period.
