1. Promotion Period: September 1 - September 30 2024
2. Eligibility: To be eligible for this promotion, customers must book and complete fitting between 1st of September 2024 and 30th of September 2024.
3. Promotion Details: Customers who purchase club(s) are able to trade in product and receive a 30% bonus on the trade in value.
4. Booking and Payment: Fitting sessions must be booked through the Club Champion Canada booking system online, over the phone or by email. The fitting fee must be paid in full.
5. Club Purchase: To qualify for the promotion, the customer must purchase at least one golf club during or immediately following the fitting session. The purchase must be made at Club Champion Canada. Trade of clubs will not be facilitated with out the purchase of new club(s). Base trade in must be determined at the time of the fitting.
6. Trade in Dollars – the trade in value plus the 30% will be refunded to customers card used for purchase of new clubs approximately 30 days after the delivery of the new club(s).
7. General Conditions: This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. Club Champion Canada reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes regarding the promotion, the decision of Club Champion Canada will be final.

PROMOTIONAL FITTING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Use the code provided to get a free Club Champion club fitting when you make a custom club purchase. Fittings must be booked by 2/23/26 and completed by 3/31/26. Promo code provided must be used at time of booking. Club purchase must be made the same day as the club fitting for discount to apply. Applicable at Canada Club Champion stores only. Exclusions apply to free fittings; golf balls, grips, and OEM builds are not considered a custom equipment purchase. Waitlist appointments are not considered a booking and do not apply; the fitting must be booked and confirmed during the promotional period. TRADE IN BONUS TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Next Round trade in is available at Club Champion studios in Canada. You must have a Club Champion fitting appointment scheduled between February 1 – 28, 2026. Must complete the trade in process at that appointment. All trade-ins are paid via Club Champion credit; credit must be applied to Club Champion custom club order. No cash will be given in exchange for trade ins at Club Champion; no store credit will be given for future use. A Club Champion employee will assess your clubs via Next Round's guidelines and issue both the value of the clubs and a 50% bonus on top of the value as a credit on your order. You do not need to surrender your assessed clubs until you take delivery of your new clubs from Club Champion. If the assessed clubs are not provided, the full balance of your purchase will be charged to the payment method on file. A Next Round representative will verify that the clubs provided match the quote. If there are discrepancies, the trade-in amount may be adjusted accordingly. Once clubs are provided, the transaction is finalized, and store credit is issued; items cannot be returned. Not valid in conjunction with PAR Program benefits.
